Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Propagator Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on propagator.health. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

In line with the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and the ePrivacy rules that govern cookies in the EU and UK (including UK PECR), we don't set analytics or marketing cookies until you've actively opted in through the cookie banner. Rejecting non-essential cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them, and you can change your mind at any time.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use localStorage (browser storage) to remember your cookie preferences without setting a cookie itself.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to function. They cannot be disabled.

3. Third-party services

We previously loaded our typeface via Google Fonts, which sent requests to Google's servers on page load. We have since self-hosted our fonts to eliminate that third-party request.

Form submissions are handled by Formspree. Formspree may set its own cookies or process your IP address to prevent spam. See Formspree's privacy policy for details.

4. Your choices

You can manage your cookie preferences in the following ways:

  • Cookie banner: when you first visit the site, choose your preferences. You can change them at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.
  • Browser settings: most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new services or tools. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. We will notify you of material changes via the cookie banner.
